CROSS TRAINING

SkaterCross training is the use of numerous types of exercises to achieve desired results. Let’s say you were training to be a runner and you used another type of activity to try to enhance your running, though not actually related to running: like swimming. Swimming would be cross training. The view of cross training in America’s Boot Camp is to use many different training techniques and styles to generate one desired result: all around fitness for everything.
