KETTLEBELL TRAINING

Kettlebells are nothing new to the world, but they have only recently come into focus here in America. In fact, the first kettlebell competition was held all the way back in 1948. Kettlebells have been around much longer than that!
So why do we want to exercise with these things? Actually quite simple: RESULTS! The results derived from kettlebell training includes muscular strength, endurance, core strength, and strengthening of the supporting muscled of the body…and did I mention injury prevention and recovery? Yes, especially for those with some nagging shoulder problems: Kettlebells can often help!
