AMERICA'S BOOT CAMP PHILOSOPHY
America’s Boot Camp was developed by one of San Jose’s top fitness professionals, Brett A. Riesenhuber, to fill the tremendous gap he saw in the area of personal fitness, personal training, and fitness boot camps. The America’s Boot Camp Program was designed to provide a complete workout for its users including: heavy and light resistance training, body weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, core conditioning and development, as well as stability. There is no other program that delves as deep into all the realms of fitness to provide such a dynamic program and effective program.
America’s Boot Camp was designed for both men and women, and fills the gap where men had no solid boot camp programs available since most fitness boot camps are for women. Though this program is primarily based outdoors, it can also be instructed indoors, thus providing optimum flexibility for implementation of this superior fitness program in all climates.

Americas Boot Camp always changes to add the lasts training techniques to its plethora of exercises so that the client can not only avoid burnout, but also shed body fat while achieving great muscle tone and complete fitness. America’s Boot Camp’s fitness program includes components from traditional boot camps and personal training, circuit training, kettlebell lifting, weight lifting, core conditioning, suspension training, stretching and flexibility, spinal rejuvenation and maintenance, and the quest for the illusive six-pack abs!
