SkaterOnce upon a time, not so long ago, everyone firmly believed that cardiovascular/aerobic exercise was what the body needed to lose fat….well, diet too. However we now know this to be completely incorrect. Strength training is needed to boost the metabolism and add muscle mass/tone, thus burning fat. The truth is that in order to burn the most fat and look your best, resistance training needs to be equally rated on the list: Strength Training, Diet, Cardiovascular Conditioning.
