SkaterBrett A. Riesenhuber heads up the Prime Physique Fitness Specialists team and has been a Bay Area Resident for his entire life and has spent the past 20 years in fitness. He is a certified personal trainer of more than 16 years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness and Business from San Jose State University. His credentials also include Core Conditioning Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, Functional Training Specialist, Golf Fitness Pro, and Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor.

Since opening Prime Physique Fitness Specialists’ Personal Fitness Center in 1997 he has developed fitness programs including the PrimeFit group circuit training program, California Golf Fitness, a specialized wakeboarding workout program, and custom training for mountain biking. He has worked with more than 600 personal training clients since opening his Personal Fitness Center and continues to help his clientele to achieve exceptional results.

Brett has authored numerous fitness articles including “The Wakeboard Workout” which has been published online through WakeWorld.com and WaterSkiMagazine.com, “Brett’s Fitness Recipe Report,” and “Golf Secrets Revealed.” He also co-authors the popular bi-monthly e-publication “Prime Physique Online Magazine” which is packed with great information and recipes.

An avid home chef (and wine connoisseur), Brett has helped numerous clients design and implement not only a solid diet and nutrition plan, but a flavorful one! In 2007 he launched his new “Fitness Meals by Brett” program, where he personally instructs a small group about how to prepare and store fitness meals at home, and to learn to enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle with food and fitness.
